Mar 14, 2004 [Draft at ZBF 2004] A clear brown beer with a fine light brown head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel and some sourness. The flavor is sweet with a clear yeast presence combined with roasted bread, alcohol, and caramel. It is a little too sweet for my liking.

Mar 22, 2004 Another rating from mid last year. I really didn't like the feel of this brewpub, a bit touristy to me. The beer was lightly caramelly, yeasty, easy to drink, a blander version of a Belgian brune. Ok.
