Bottle @ Too many geuze’s only one toilet, Ulfborg 2012. Thanks Nightfall. Pours clear dark amber with a small off white head. Barnyard and tart notes. Fart / prut. Manuer and a tart really dry flavor. One of the better Faro’s Ive had and by miles the best bottled one.

On tap at the blender. It’s an unclear, golden-orange beer with some bubbles trying to form a head. Cellar, lemon juice and some woodish notes on the nose. The flavor is mostly on the sour side, with just a touch of sugar. Medium to full body, dry. A nice beer indeed, very dry and sour for a faro, certainly a beer I’d like to repeat. 110501

Draught Slightly hazy, pale amber; small, very airy, nearly transparent head. Sweet dark candi syrup nose, mixed with lemon and lemonpeel; leathergrease & Brett. Tart despite the sugar, some exotic fruit, grapefruit, lemon. Very nice, dry, and horsey finish. Light, certain slickness from the syrup. Very good faro. I know gueuze that is less authentic than this.
