On draught at De Cam Volkscafe. Pours a light golden colour with a lasting thick white head. A lovely aroma of musty horse blanket, wet cardboard, lemon and oak. Similar flavours and quite tart with a dusty, dry finish. Moderate carbonation and a foamy mouth-feel. Lovely.

Fairly light/yellow. Rapidly vanishing white head. The smell is pretty mellow despite prominent vinegar. The taste is on the other hand quite sharp and fresh. Green olives and grape fruit comes to my mind. Sulfur and fire - lots of tartness, farm and nature. Leaves the mouth dry and clean.

Pour slightly hazy yellow, with a huge bubbely head, that lasts for about two seconds. Aroma of hay, slight yeasty funk, vommit acid, green apples and fresh berries. Taste is really sour, with a slight fruity sweetness Average body, with a heavily fizzy carb. (should have shared this...)

375 ml bottle. 2009 Vintage. The cork shot out as soon as the cage was released. Pours a hazy golden amber with a small white head that has good retention and leaves a decent amount of lacing on the glass. The aroma has a strong mineral note. There is also quite a bit of funk, lemon, light apricot, and some pear. The taste is apricot, pear, some light lemon, a bit mineral, and a light tartness. The finish has a distinct mineral note. Light bodied with medium-high carbonation.
