Aroma of dried apricots, some honey and a little bit of hops. Dry flavour of citrus fruits, somewhat woody. Very bodied, lemony tart and sparkling on the palate, with a very light bitterness deep into the aftertaste.

The nose is tart, citrusy, lemongrass, dry, oaky, acidic, yeasty. The flavor is mildly tart, sour and acidic, lemongrass, barnyard flavors. The palate is a tad thin and acidic. Pours a darker orange than I expected, with faint champagne-like carbonation. Rich and tart nose. Taste is not super complex or acidic, and the finish is a touch thin. Hazy gold pour with minimal head. Seemed almost flat. Very lively on the tongue. Big acidic aroma. Complex flavor. Apples, pears, leather, and must. Fine example of the style.
