Bottle. Hazy orange amber color with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is sour, citrus - grape, wheat, dust. Flavor is moderate acidic and bitter with a long duration, and a very dry finish. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. Very nice (020208)

37.5 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange/yellow with a little white head. Sweet and slight woody aroma. Sour flavour with slight fruit note, dry. Ends dry with a persisting acidity. Nice, but not the most thrilling oude geuze I’ve tried.

A dark yellow beer with a beutiful lasting lazing head. The aroma is a nice sharp wildfermentated one. The flavor is very fresh with sourness as grapefruits and limes. the end is very dry and woody. A great gueze - and very lively after 1½ years in th bottle.

(Bottle 37,5 cl) Clear, deep golden with a somewhat rough, white head. Complex nose of vinegar and Brett. Medium-bodied, a little flat, very complex fruit notes and a heavy acidity. Again typical Brett flavours of horse blanket, vinegar and sweat. Dry and acidic finish. 180907

Bottled (2004 vintage). Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is sour fruits, wood and a bit spicy. Flavour is very much the same in a nice balance. The palate is extremelt dry, while the carbonation gently tickles your tongue.

Cloudy golden color. The aroma is really nice, very complex, brett, cellar smell, citrus fruits, some malt. God mouthfeel; the first impression is for a strong grapefruit flavor, then other citrus; and it’s astringent. An excellent Gueuze.

Golden color; creamy head. Light aroma. Drinkable, but too poor characteristics, too dry and astringent to be good; a bit too high final bitterness.
