On tap as 3 year old lambiek, De Oude Cam
Light amber colour, slight white diminishing (lambic) head. Very floral aroma, quite tart, spicy wood, earth, citrus, light lactic acid. Dry lambic flavour, tart but very drinkable, still some light sweetness in the background. Very light carbonation. Slightly astringent. Old but still very much alive. Easily the best lambic at BBF this year.
