Ungstrup (11075), Frederiksberg, Denmark Mar 3, 2004 [Vintage 1995, bottled 2000, sampled 2004] The color is a hazy dark yellow and it has a small lasting white head. The aroma is very nice sharp and sour - just like a lambic should be. The flavor is a sharp fresh lambic flavor with notes of lemon. The end is very dry and lemony. It is somewhat flat from low carbonation, but it is very fresh for a beer bottle 4 years ago and brewed 9 years ago. A great lambic. omhper (10438), Stockholm, Sweden May 12, 2004 Bottled. Hazy pale orange. Hay and cobweb aroma. Barnyardy with medium acidity, fairly hard, dense mouthfeel. Strikingly hoppy for a lambic. Bitter finish with a touch of iron. Papsoe (9999), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jun 8, 2007 (Bottle 37,5 cl) Pours a hazy, golden with a white head. Distinct, sour Brett and vinegar in the nose. Light and watery body with a very flat feel. Dry, sour vinegar notes. Astringent finish. 100507 Oakes (6853), Miami Beach, Florida, USA Aug 4, 2004 Cloudy dull tan. Rich lambic aroma - smelly shoes, farms, washed-rind cheeses, cork and other fun things. Mostly flat, finishing slightly sweet (for the style), but it’s good lambic. joergen (6257), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jun 3, 2007 Draught at weekend of spontanious fermentation.
