Pours wheat colored orange with a small white head. Mild funky cheese and wheat in the nose, creamy and funky character all around, really well developed. Very mellow, and definitely more centered on the mild funk/feet/cheese than on fruit or citrus. Acidity is medium-low, the texture is very smooth and creamy and rich, and a small frothiness builds into a drying leather and peach rind finish. Very flavorful and rich, aged well. Dense nose, dense flavor. cellar (125), Dublin, Ireland May 29, 2008 Thx for another great tasting, Kim (beljohansen): golden amber, short head, notes of leather, grapefruit, barnyard and wood. Acid and sour, but not much. Missing some sparkling. short lasting aftertaste.
