Bottle shared at a sour tasting at Noam’s office. Thanks Palietter85 for this bottle! Bottled 9/12. Clear reddish orange. Wonderful aroma full of barnyard, lovely berries, some sweat and oak. Sour flavor, fruity, with some berries, funk, and a puckering and astringent finish. Medium-bodied. Amazing.

UPDATED: APR 13, 2014 Awesome sour beer, thank you GT2, consumed at beer tasting, sour cherries for days, delicious, hazy reddish pour with a small white head. Looks as good as it tastes.

75cl at home in Belfast thanks to Olly 2014 Vintage. Minimal pop from the cork but after opening the smell was mixed fruits and sour. The pour produced minimal head and a rose hip colored beer. The taste was stronger on the gooseberry than blackberry or cherry. Good but a bit young I think. Has potential to get much better.

Flaska från via SB från importören Constant Companion drucken med ölföreningen. Kärvt syrlig, stram torr, tanniner, röda syrliga plommon, vinbär, röda krusbär, körsbär. Fruktig och syrlig. Fantastiskt gott.

75cl, Bottled 8/2013
Great red-orange in the glass, small white head. The nose is fruity with hints of horse blanket. The beer starts fruity-sour. Very intense with more sourness than horse blanket. The very sour fruitiness is great. The blackberries are there, quite intense in the sour bunch, the sour cherries as well. Only the gooseberries are for me not exactly tastable. Very round and smooth (for a lambic). The aftertaste is very intense sour, very fruity with a great deepness. The horseblanket is only in the nose there, but as my beer is very fresh - only 7 month old - I think it will be there after a while.
Great fruity-sour combination. --> 13/12/13/13

375 ml corked and caged bottle. From a trade. Pours murky reddish with no head whatsoever. Lots of vinegar on the nose, some sour cherries and raspberries as well. Taste is very acidy, lots of fruit as well. Again sour cherries, raspberries, red apples and some yeast. Probably the most acidy beer I’ve had to date. Nevertheless quite enjoyable since it had loads of fruit to balance up the sourness.

Bottle @ Tröls. No head, decently high in acidity fruity with a push for the more berry-like aromas paired with the regular yeasty and malty aromas.
