Mine's the straightforward Colvert. A blonde Biere du Pays Picard. Same abv. I suspect this is the same beer, but without the duck. This is the best de Clerck I've had. Creamy with a light carbonation that is very refreshing. A delicate vanilla taste, with other delicate fruits - greengage, gooseberry, a touch of strawberry. Some acidity comes through, introducing an apple flavour. The sweetness is subdued. Gentle Saaz type hop finish, with more apple acidity. A surprisingly enjoyable lager.
