Cask @ In de Wildeman (Febr. 2011). Color is amber, murky. Aroma is fruity, yeasty, some caramel. Fruity flavor, a hint of caramel. Thin on the palate. Fresh hops come up in the finish, lightly bitter. True English cask ale.

Cash @ IDW. Aroma has some fruity and floral hops. Flavour has a nice bitterness, a little low on the carbination. Long lingering flavour of bitterness and spices. Could have used some more time in the cask perhaps?

Cask @ Wilderman. A little hazy dark amber colored beer, with a small beige head. The aroma of sweet fruits like citrus and some bitter. The taste of swet fruit with a nice hop bitterness. The aftertaste is bittersweet.

At the Cask Ale Days at in the Wildeman. Lot of pineapple in this one, both the aroma and the taste. Very good.

Clear amber pour, no head. Aroma is delicate hops, some flowers, some pine. Flavor is bitter hoppy and sweet fruity. Very nice balance, deep flavor and highly drinkable. Nice brew.

Cask at In de Wildeman. Hazy dark amber colour, soapy white head. Aroma of fruits, strawberries, citrus, lots of fresh hops, light malty. Flavour is light sweet, grassy, hoppy, fruity, citrus, toasted malts, firm zesty citrussy hop bitter finish. Light to medium bodied, soft to no carbonation. Very well made and tasty imo.
