2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
I believe I had this beer at Emelisse, but I don’t remember when. Not to my liking, dislike rosemary so I guess the beer’s name says it all. Color ok, smell and taste not good, low carbo.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Copper orange colour, fluffy off-white head, mostly lasting. Aroma of malts and pronounced rosemary, tones of hops. Slight smokiness. Flavour of malts, rosemary, little sweetness, spicy hops bitterness, quite astringent. Very dry, very pleasant. Lingering dry mouthfeel. Aged well.
(Draught @ the brewery)

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draft @ Emelisse Oktoberfest. Beautiful amberish orange, large tanned head. Aroma is quite malty, some swamp notes, faint spices.
Flavour is light hop bitterness with a strong malt profile. Again a weird swamp sidenote, also some spice.
