3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of KimJohansen. Pours an opaque cloudy golden with lots of floaties and an off-white head. Extremely lively - comes gushing. Aroma of lactic acid and smoke. Medium body, sweet caramel accents and smoke with a lactic touch. Ends dry and sourish. Probably wasn’t intended like this, but quite interesting. 190210

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle courtesy of Ronnie at Max’s - thank you Ronnie! Slightly cloudy amber with no head and scant lacing, certainly nothing like the picture. Aroma of apricot and grapefruit. Taste has notes of citrus and light spice, slightly sour finish. Interesting.

2.1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
33cl bottle. Small off-white head atop cloudy amber body. Aroma is medium sweet, some skunk. Taste is medium sweet, candi sugar, some skunk/herbal, light alcohol. Light-medium body. I so enjoyed the Embrasse, so this was quite a disappointment.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottled, 330ml. Lightly spicy, very grainy, wheaty nose, mild prickly fruits and charcoal. This is supposed to have some kind of smoke in it, and I can maybe see a little bit of peat in the flavor but that’s only if I dig for it. Nice thick body while still retaining an easy drinking palate, spicy and husky and very dry.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle, 6.5%. Sweet, dusty, malty aroma. Hazy red brown colour. Stable tan head. The flavour starts off with a bit of yeast and paper, not bad though. Good sweet maltiness. Mild bitterness, getting a bit rough in the finish.

On tap at 3rd Brugs BF. Hazy amber colour, dense off white head. Aroma of fruits, light caramel and some glue/acetone. Flavour is fruity, light smoked, caramel, some glue, light bitter finish. A bit sharp mouthfeel. Light to medium bodied. Had the feeling this beer was a bit off..
