Nose : smoked notes are strong and first to hit the nose, some dairy elements with milk chocolate like aromas. Smoked cheese like aromas. Nuts. Sip : medium body with creamy texture. Good carbonation. Sweet with burned and smoked aromas with spices and nuts. Develops a dry feeling until the end. The beer is deliciously smoked. There is a small issue of balance and lacks more rich ending but it does also make a great beer with low alcohol content. Nice one.

Bottle from Beer Planet, Brussels. Pours a deep sunset-orange body with a small white head. Nose is damp smokey tones of grains, cellar mold, sweet bread and hints of faint burnt rubber which I sometimes get in lambics. Taste is smoke, wood, grains, bread, hints of peat and sweet rye-like near-sour tones far in the back. Light body and medium carbonation, which actually works: for a smoked ale, this is a surprisingly drinkable, downright refreshing brew. A very nice surprise. :-)

Dobre i wedzone piwo z umiarem. Słod jest mocno wyczuwalny wedzonkawy i lekko palony. Piwo koloru typu amber sporo osadu i zmetnienia nie spotkalem dotad w piwach wedzonych. Piana rosnie i to sporo jak grzby po deszczu podczas nalewania i ani chwili nie ustepuje podczas degustacji.

Bottle. Pours hazy amber coloured beer with a medium sized, white head. Aroma is yeasty, light on the smoke and spices. Flavour is medium sweet with a very light, yet pleasant smokey background. It suits the beer well and gives a certain kick to the palate. Medium bodied and has a short finish, yet a very decent beer.

Bottled, BBE 11/2014. Pours copper in color with a small whitish head. Ham, bacon, some smoke and some sweet things in aroma. Light smokyness, some light sour wheaty notes in taste. The smoke is there, but this one feels like a combination of a traditional ale and a light smoked brew.

Bottle. Orange with sediment. Light smokey nose with a fruityness pushing behind. Light bodied. Bbq beef jerky, but in a lighter way. Quite smooth and nice. Apples, dried fruit also present. A fruitier, and lighter, smoked one. Nice.

Bottle from Berts Bierhuis. Murky orange colour, off-white head. Nose is smoky, sweet malted, fruits. Flavour is slightly smoked, quite fruity, malty. Medium carbonation. Fairly bitter finish.
