Bottled. A hazy deep red beer with a thin orangey head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of over ripe fruits as well as light notes of roasted malt and a light oxidation. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel and over ripe fruits, leading to a dry and lightly roasted finish, though the fruity note also lingers for a while.

Bottle 66 cl. Bottle # 915. Clear reddish brown with a dense beige head. Spicy aroma of overripe fruit with a light tartness. Full-bodied with burned malts, some fruit and wood with a spicy edge. Fairly bitter finish. Very unusual, but nice! 200309

66 cL bottle. Pours almost clear and golden deep amber with a two finger thick and brown head. Roasted malt and slight yeasty aroma. Fruity and roasted malty with a mild earthy to smoked touch - vague infection. Herbal and spiced from back of the nose. Mild sweet and fruity finish with a mild citric note. Evolving infection yet still good.

Bottled. Hazy ambery brown murky notes with a mediumsized beige head. Aroma is caramel, wood, some hops, yeast and spices. Lots of sweet notes. A quite strange brew with lots of strange syrupy sweetness through the process.

Bottled. Cloudy dark brown, rich head. Caramelly and full bodied . Warming caramel and hay, leaning more towards an English strong ale than a Belgian ale. Spicy hay bitterness.

Bottle from Beer Planet, Brussels
Cloudy dark brown color, almost black, with a generous creamy head. Nice aroma of dark chocolate and mild roasted malts. Good body structure, round, with very good dark chocolate flavor, and roasted malt; there is just a moderate sweetness to balance it; good bitterness level too; there are just traces of liquorice; the final as well is very chocolatey. Very good.
