Keg at the Grove Inn, Huddersfield. Hazy orange shade. Short white head, bit of lace. Aroma is fruity with citrus and apricot. Kind of a herbal, minty profile too. Taste has a sweetness and the Belgian lineage is clear. Jammy fruits, more apricot, peach. Not a whole lot of bitterness. I’m often bemoaning that IPAs aren’t fruity enough but I think this goes too far in the other direction!

Bottle. Clear, cooper wih white medium head, which dissapears quickly. Poor lacing and head retention. Gariny and malty aroma (sweet malts), right fruity. Taste is medium bitter, with strong sweet-malty accent. Medium body, creamy texture, medium carbonation, finish is medium bitter with hints of citrus. Highly drinkable.

Bottle at Reading Beer Festival 2015. Cloudy gold orange colour lasting cream head. Flowery hoppy aroma some sweet malt. Some decent pink grapefruit on the finish. Sweet Dutch malts some hop. OK Tangerine zest. Certainly woke me up. And for that I appreciate it. After 3 hours with a hangover at the beer festival this cured it.

650ml bottle at the Hoppy Pub, Thessaloniki. Hazy pale golden color with white nice head. Yeasty, sweet fruity aroma, like a weiss, light hoppy notes, floral and spicy. Sweet taste, a lot if banana, yeasty, like a weiss again, some alcohol when it gets warmer. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

330ml bottle from Saveur Biere. Pours hazy amber with decent white head. Lovely fresh fruity aroma. Taste is wonderfully balanced, palette-filling and hugely enjoyable with tropical elements and citrus bursting out. Probably the best I’ve had from the Docter so far!
