Bottle @ Odense Tasting , March, 2011. Pours hazy orange with a creamy white head. Nose is yeast and spices. Flavor is dry, spicy and yeasty. A bit of peach and phenols with a touch of alcohol. Decent!

Very hazy with a white head. Strange aroma and taste, something in the taste reminded of Thai fish sauce. Yikes, not a good beer! Very bad! I could not finish it.

Bottled. An unclear dark golden beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and some spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, malt, and dusty hops, leading to a dry and somewhat bitter finish. The alcohol tickles the palate. Thanks pinball for sharing.

Clear medium to dark orange color with a large, frothy to creamy, good to excellent lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, toasted - caramel, spices, yeasty. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110312]
