3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
I really enjoyed to cereal aromas on this Belgian, oats, wheat, barley, cream, as well as a dose of floral yeast and a bright hop contribution. Smooth and able on the palate, with plenty of heft and bright alcohol presence.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle. Orange with sediment. Stone fruits, belgian yeast, wheat on nose. Golden orange strong ale- like, quite malty. Thickish, fruity maltiness, sweet marmelade. Some florals in the yeast esters. A bit tripel- like in the yeast profile, but fruitier, more apricots and stuff. Like a belgian fruit hard candy.

2 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Serving: 22 oz. bottle from Papsoe. Thanks Henrik! It pours a hazy orange color with a small white head. The nose smells of sweaty feet, V8, and celery seed. The flavor is off with weird celery/vegetal notes, a slight tartness, and an odd fruitiness. Just plain weird. Medium bodied with a longer finish than I would prefer given the flavor. If I had to guess, I would say this one some strange DFH historical brew. Skip this one.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle shared by Elwood. Thanks! Pours a murky orange color with a thin frothy white head. Good head retention. Aroma of tart canned fruits, peach, apricot, grain, herbal notes and a weird fishy note. The taste is herbal notes, bitter earthy and catty notes. Medium bodied. This is an odd beast.
