smaak die je in veel van de bieren tegenkomt van de brouwer van "de dochter van de korenaar" lijkt wel of ze maar 1 set aan mout, en gerst hebben en dit voor elk bier moeten gebruiken. mild zoet, hout, gerst smaak
medium body, redelijk zacht/fluwelig op elkaar afgestemd

Warm orange brown, lasting off white head. very tasty beer, malts overripe fruit, spices, nice bitter/sweet balance, good body. Love it!

Bottle@Home. Strong citrus aroma. Yellow/amber, off-white head, good lace. Sweet, light bitter, malty, light fruity. Very smooth, almost creamy. Well brewed but too ’Belgian’ for me.

33cl bottle. Hazy orange with medium egg-shell color like head. Nose : strong notes with cooked cherries. Clove spices. Some nuts. Sip : Sweet with tart and cooked cherries flavor. Aftertaste is sweet tart and dry red fruits and metal. overall it’s a regular belgian spicy brew.

Bottle: Poured a cloudy bright beige color ale with a large off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of bready yeast with light spicy rye malt and some rustic malt notes. Taste is a solid mix between some spicy rye malt notes with a bready yeast with some fruity ester and some rustic malt notes. Body is full with limited filtration and good carbonation with no apparent alcohol. Solid offering with multiple layers of complexity and original mix of different cereals.

Bouteille de 660ml. partagée avec le slovak. Bière orangé avec une mousse blanche. Le liquide est un peu trouble. Le nez est fruité épicé avec du sucre candi. Au nez la bière semble sucrée. La bouche ne fait que confirmer les informations perçues au nez, elle est très sucrée. Il y a du sucre d’orge, elle est lourde, peu atténuée. 6/10

The aroma is malty and plastic like with floral-herbal hops. The appearance is cloudy amber with an average head. The taste is like the aroma. The palate is average. Overall this is not good but has some interesting qualities.

This beer is a real strange mix. its flavor is based on pure grain and cereals. its aroma is very unique, probably the most in a long time. its grain has some paper, medicinal but its one of a kind.

Bottle from Dranken Geers, Gent, Oostakker, Belgium consumed outside ?Frank? (camper) at Camping De Memling, Bruges, Belgium, Friday 5th October 2012 Murky orange with white/off white head, plenty of sludge in bottom of bottle & now in my glass but it makes no difference, this is truly a superb beer.
