UPDATED: APR 22, 2016 Draft @ Oproer. Funky dry sour aroma of Apple?s, and berries and cedarwood. Little cloudy gold colour with a good white head. Subtile flavours in the beginning including wood, siltyness, yeast and malts. A little watery, but the dryness and wooden, earthy aspects take over. It is not as sour as expected, it more champagnelike dryness and the funky yeast. I wished i had some good French stinky cheese to complement the funky beer. It has a scrumpy ciderlike aftertaste. Interesting!

750 ml bottle purchased in Amsterdam in 2012? Best by Dec 2016 stamp. May have corked as some leakage noticed recently in the wine rack. Still plenty of carbonation. Decent head. Amber. Sour lambic aroma. Oak. Dry. Hints of cherry. Grass. Red wine vinegar. Decent lambic. Would like to try again without any risk of corkage. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

75cl, hughe gusher. No BB.
