Hazy, amber colored, sediment, medium creamy off white head. Aroma is caramel malt, fruity, some citrus, some honey and whiff of alcohol. Taste is medium sweet caramalt, some citrus and fruity hops, bit honey, bready yeast, medium bitterness, dry finish, bit of alcohol. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, slightly oily. Finally I’ve managed to get one from this brewery that’s not too old to get the feeling of hops! Very good IPA.

Big bottle shared at home. Massive gusher. Hazy dark golden with white head. Nettles, sweet malts, orange juice and peel, lots of herbs, light tropical fruits, spicy yeast. Light funk and juniper in the finish. Medium sweet and light bitter. Medium bodied.

Hazy amber with a big creamy head. More piney than fruity hops, caramel malts. Medium sweet with a lingering bitter finish. A kind of low alcohol belgian DIPA. Interesting.

From Boone Delicatessen (Nieuwpoort)
A recomander!

On tap @ La Capsule, Lille - FR (Event Meet the Brewer - 27th May 2015) - Color : hazy bronze blond beer with small carbonation and small white foam. Smell: caramel and malt domination. Notes of apricot and small candied apricot. Yeasty finish. Taste: very sweet and caramel attack and well balanced with grain taste. Finish as yeasty. Aftertaste: good persistence on mouth, caramel and really small bitterness.
