Orange colour, one finger white head. Aroma of quince, elderflower, citrus, candy sugar. Taste is light sweet, a bit bitter with a funky touch. Light body, slick texture, average carbonation. Very interesting and fruity.

Fles gedeeld met Retenpaultje. Amberkleurig troebel met mooie kraag. Aroma valt wat tegen. Iets hop verder vrij mat. Smaak is fris, mango, hop, bitter. Mooi bier, zeker goed maar me verwachting was hoger.

Nose is heavier on complex yeast than hops, yes this is a Belgian-inflected (I)PA. Gorgeously light cereal malt profile with some sweetness, made velvet by subtle pillowy yeast, occasionally punctured by some lemongrass hops. Like most DvdK beers, more of an essay in crossover subtlety than an assault. Could certainly become a pleasant benchmark for maturer palates looking for sepia shades in taste.

(Bottle, 0 33 l - BBE MEI 2014, at Punavuoren Ahven, 20131229) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, Belgian style yeast and raisins. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, raisins, Belgian style yeast, caramel, grass and bitterness. Afteraste was sweet and bitter. A nice Belgian brew.

Pours an orange slightly unclear beer with a good white head. Smells bit fruity, cant smell really much. Tastes fruity, malts and hops. Average carbo, medium body and a sticky texture.

From a bottle that was properly chilled. Had a massive head and continued to foam out of the bottle even when half empty. Very very hazy golden pour. Lots of lemongrass and yeasty bread on the nose. Flavor was lemons and yeast. Fairly bitter. A bit tart and slightly funky. Drinkable but not really enjoyable. And I love most Belgians.

A golden colored beer, with a nice white head, a refermented beer. In The nose there is lime, yeast, hop and oranges. It is a medium bodied beer with a mild carbonation. In the taste there is a lot of fruit: oranges, lime and light grapefruit. It is light bitter, yeasty and fresh. The aftertaste is short, but there is a light bitterness and some fruityness. A light refreshing beer, pleasent with no suprices. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
