A stronger, dry-hopped version of the Noblesse.

330ml bottle (Punavuoren Ahven, Helsinki, Kalakierros 2013)
Lovely mellow aroma, sweetish and soft, a touch floral and perfumey. Reminds me of one of the breakfast cereals I had when I was a kid with its popcorny grains. Super soft palate, smooth, succulent, and with a gentle carbonation. Beautiful balance of grains, a genntle breadiness, and bitter noble hops. Doesn’t have any special features but so brilliantly crafted. An absolutely exemplary blond. Do not put the east in at all, this is mellow enough already, and doesn’t need any more softening.

Bottle 33 cl, BBE 05/2014. Pours hazy orange in color with a small off-white head. Orange peel and floral fruity summer meadow in aroma. Sweet fruity taste with some yeasty notes. Light spicyness as well, but the orange seems to step forward here as well. Slightly bitter and yeasty in aftertaste.

Bomber. A lightly hazy pale amber beer, with a large, frothy/fizzy, lightly lacing, mostly lasting, white head. The aroma is lightly to moderately malty (toasted grain/bread), lightly to moderately hoppy (flowers, herbs), moderately yeasty (dough), with notes of peach, banana, pepper, vegetables. The flavor is moderately to heavily sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Medium body, velvety texture, lively carbonation, long finish with moderate bitterness, lightly alcoholic, light dirty sensation. Fair presentation, but the mouth experience is weak and disappointing, considering my expectations. Would prefer a fresher bottle to give it another try.

Bottle. Hazy blonde beer with a decent amount of white, fluffy head. Aroma is made up out of yeast, some honey and sweet malts. Flavor is quite sweet, slight alcoholic. Very fruity, but I can’t detect the dry hopping. Very decent still nonetheless.

Brown/orange colour with 2 fingers of white head. Some sediments in the glass. Aroma is basically yeast with some malt sweetness. Flavour is good balanced between the hops and malt, but nothing special.

Aroma has citrus, yeast and a bit of wood. Flavour is wheaty, yeasty and dry with some pale malts lendimg a smooth mouthfeel. Also has a light fruity sharpness making the balance good.

from Erzbierschof - cloudy dark orange beer with a little foam left; fairly bready aroma with notes of wood and wheat; full-bodied, some astringency , pretty tart and fairly bitter; long notes of wood, oranges and wheat in the finish; very dry with more notes of bread
