A stronger, dry-hopped version of the Noblesse.

Bottled from Biernavigatie.nl. Hazy dark golden colored, thick head. Strong and very pleasant hoppy nose, flowery, pineapple. Initially somewhat hoppy flavor, which rapidly changes into a bitter and dry malty finish, with some licorice. The dryhopping clearly worked, the aroma is fantastic, but itís just too far apart from the malty flavor, which makes it somewhat unbalanced. Still, a nice experiment.

quite dense ivory white head that disappears fast and completely without lacing. amber clear colour. aroma starts of with "something" that i find in all dochterís beers, a bit cloying, smoked malts, sweet-honey, fruity and peach. taste is alcoholic, sweet, wood, boozy/liquor with a bitter aftertaste. quite dry mouthfeel, medium body and carbonation. bottle 33 cl - bbf may 2014

Golden/orange colored pour. Big off-white head with plenty of lacing. Huge malty aroma with a big grapefruit note. Smells like a delicious barleywine. Taste is a malt and orange flavor. Very good.

caesar (5640) - Bunnik/Utrecht, NETHERLANDS - MAY 18, 2013
Bottled, BB Aug 2013. Hazy orange to amber color, short off-white head. Aroma is quite spicy, cookie and biscuit, soft grassy and earthy hops, caramel, slight grainy, soft belgian yeast, honey. Medium bitter taste, bit dry, hint of sourness. Malt-forward brew actually, think I fetched it too late to get most of the dryhop notice. It has left some fruity bitterness perhaps.

330ml bottle (Punavuoren Ahven, Helsinki, Kalakierros 2013)
Lovely mellow aroma, sweetish and soft, a touch floral and perfumey. Reminds me of one of the breakfast cereals I had when I was a kid with its popcorny grains. Super soft palate, smooth, succulent, and with a gentle carbonation. Beautiful balance of grains, a genntle breadiness, and bitter noble hops. Doesnít have any special features but so brilliantly crafted. An absolutely exemplary blond. Do not put the east in at all, this is mellow enough already, and doesnít need any more softening.

Bottle 33 cl, BBE 05/2014. Pours hazy orange in color with a small off-white head. Orange peel and floral fruity summer meadow in aroma. Sweet fruity taste with some yeasty notes. Light spicyness as well, but the orange seems to step forward here as well. Slightly bitter and yeasty in aftertaste.

Bomber. A lightly hazy pale amber beer, with a large, frothy/fizzy, lightly lacing, mostly lasting, white head. The aroma is lightly to moderately malty (toasted grain/bread), lightly to moderately hoppy (flowers, herbs), moderately yeasty (dough), with notes of peach, banana, pepper, vegetables. The flavor is moderately to heavily sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Medium body, velvety texture, lively carbonation, long finish with moderate bitterness, lightly alcoholic, light dirty sensation. Fair presentation, but the mouth experience is weak and disappointing, considering my expectations. Would prefer a fresher bottle to give it another try.
