Clear pale golden colour, white head. Aroma of wood casks, wild yeast, attick, lemon, tangerine, carambola and hay. Quite malty flavour, brett, lemon, citrus, light note of mint. Very smooth. Fruity finish, citrus, wild yeast notes and malts.
Delicate and lovely!

Medium sized white head, changes into a lacing on top of a hazy yellow colored beer.
Aromas of wild yeast, citrus, cellar, wet stone. Bit typical, but nice.
Flavours of bitters, wild yeast, citrus, light malty, light creamy, some vanilla and wheat.
Aftertaste has some wild yeast, cream and malts. Lovely (balanced).
Low carbo, soft smooth mouthfeel, medium to fuller body and a light oily texture. Smooth, nicely balanced and crisp!

Zzt bottle. Pale opaque yellow body. Mild but very nice aroma. Citrus, tangerine, light brett and tart. Good fruity and lighly sour body.

Sampled from bottle @ ZZT VI. Hazy a bit pale yellow color, small white head. Aroma mostly has citrussy sourness. Taste slightly malts, citrussy. Don’t get any whisky... Fairly soft body and carbonation. Nice.

Bottle @ ZZT VI thx to Martinus. Rating 2000 for me! Hazy yellow colour, lacing white head. Smells dusty, sour, slightly lemon, herbs. Tastes minty, fruity, pineapple, wood, malts, slightly sweet. Thin to medium body, soft carbo.

Bottle @ zzt. Aroma has some brett, woody notes, hay, citric and more. Flavour is smoky brett with wood, hay and wheat.

An odfellow of a beer. A bretty pale ale aged in whiskey casks. Beautiful golden hazy pour. Smell is bretty with a lot of berry aroma, slight grassiness. No apparent whiskey. The whiskey *maybe* is more noticable in the flavor. It still has a lot of berry, a hint of smoke, nice limited brettiness, bitterness underneath, a good.
