Pours pale gold into a snifter. Skunkiness upon opening quickly disappears to strong brett aromas. Head quickly bubbles down to nothing. Strong marshmallow brett from front to back. Some horse and barnyard in the lasting finish.

UPDATED: MAR 6, 2010 Pours a slightly cloudy dark golden yellow/ripe banana color with light golden yellow hues when held to a light source. Two finger white head with decent retention, only slowly fading into a lasting ring that leaves sporadic spots of lacing left behind. Bready yeast aroma with subtle spice and lots of estery light fruit notes. Lots of apple, pear and banana with subtle clove and peppery spice. Surprisingly fuller bodied with lots of peppery spice, crisp light fruit and earthy hops. Very complex and well balanced with lots of apple, pear, banana; clove and bready yeast. Slightly tart and earthy lingering into a dry finish.
