3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
300 ml bottle from Bieropholie, served at cellar temperature in a tulip glass.
App.: Golden with small flecks of yeast, large, loose white head.
Aroma: At first, grassy, peppery Saaz hops and pleasant malt, enough that you’d think it was a Pils, then as you sniff a bit longer and deeper, a Saison personality emerges, slightly acidic, bright green bitterness, light, playful funk, white pepper, there’s also a cherry candy or cherry cough syrup note, eclectic!
Palate: Medium-ish body with really full effervescence, big round bubbles.
Flav.: None of the Pilsner qualities, all Saison-ish, bitter green herbs, wheat, white pepper, light funk, still a wee hint of that cherry cough syrup lurking in the shadows; dry with surprising bitterness, some tartness and a slightly dusty, lightly malty finish.
This is a helluva “golden/blond ale”. A welcome surprise.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle: Poured a dirty golden color ale with a super large foamy head with perfect retention and super great lacing. Aroma of wet leather and dry hops with a surprisingly dry finish. Taste is also a mix resembling a softer Orval with some discernible Brett traces with wet leather notes and a dry Brett finish with some Saaz-like hops also noticeable. Body is quite full with limited filtration and great carbonation. Hard to say if this was intended to be some full of Brett but very enjoyable nonetheless.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Bright golden beer with a strong head. The aroma is quite smoky and well spiced, and the flavour is bitter and strongly malty and spiced with a very bitter sweet after taste. Overall quite a disappointing beer.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pours a transparent bright golden with a clingy-lacing white. Has a lightly skunked herbal grassy nose with a touch of grainy pale malts. Starts fairly dry and grassy with a touch of biscuity malts and mild grassy hay tart bitterness before a dry earthy finish. Seems like it would be better fresher, but doesn’t seem to be anything exceptional.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
33cl bottle. Hazy straw body topped by large white head. Aroma is medium sweet, grass/herb, some bread, yeast, light floral, lime, skunk. Taste is medium sweet, bread, some grass, light lime, floral. Light-medium body, light creaminess. This is good, but I would be very interested in trying it fresh, or at least bottled in something other than a green bottle.

Drank it on tap at the brewery itself. Price/quality is perfect. Lovely hopped beer which is a bit pale of colour. I lovely the bitter and very creamy foam. Keep up the good work!

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
The bottle appears like the small wine bottles that used to be quite commorn back in the eighties.. noble..
A hazy fizzy pour with a corn moisty golden body toppen with a fluffy snow white head.
The nose is pale and fruity - Some hints of lime and pineapple, yeastnotes and wheet. When tasted the irst thing that hits me is som mild spices like pepper with something like corianders witch fades with a light bitterness. The mouthfeel is medium to watery and are very easy to drink - Think it would really work to spice food, asian dishes etc.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Straw color with a fluffy off-white head. Initial grass aromas are quickly replaced by grains and dry weeds and herbs. Last pour in the glass makes the liquid quite milky. Flavors of white grains, with oats and pale wheat coming to mind. Quite yeasty with more dry bitter herbs. Seems like a spice/herb brew. Finish is a bit sharp and the sharpness continues into the linger with a metallic sting.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle, bought @ Cracked Kettle, Amsterdam.
Pours muddy pale yellow with a gigantic, creamy, white head. In my pint glass, there is 1 part beer, 6 parts foam :o) Still, the bottle wasn’t a gusher. Wondeful aroma, lots of spice and fruits. Crispy pilsner malts, brett, lots of lemons, citrus and oranges. Light ginger and pepper. Grassy hops. Prickly medium carbonation, great dry mouthfeel. Flavour is light brett-y, good dryness, crispy malts, yeast. Lots of lemons and oranges. Great fruity zestiness and grassy hops dryness in the finish. Very nice and drinkable.
