Pours a very hazy, yellow/orange color with a HUGE white head that pours out of the bottle as soon as it’s open. Nose is grainy, with a light sour hops nose, some bready flavors, light dark fruit and some pear/apple esters. Flavor starts off with a bready character and moves into a very nice, well rounded sweetness in the middle and a slight dryness. Notes of apple, light clove spice, pear, yeasty and light raisin. Body is perfect with a very high amount of carbonation to compliment the light dryness. Overall a pretty good brew. Lots of flavor for a very low alcohol. My only knock on it is the yeast really comes through hard. Adds a light metallic, slight cardboard note to the tail end of the flavor. But still a solid beer.

Nose: dusty, yeasty, a bit of a barley wine vibe. Body: round mouthfeel, slightly toffee barley/ grapefruit. Finish: bitter exit but also slightly sweet; again, a bit of a barley wine vibe going. Bit of a barley wine vibe but at 5.5%; not over-hopped. Happy to "oblige"...

Kindly shared by Jaghana. Couleur orangée trouble, forte mousse et dépots en suspension. Nez fort de levures et agrumes, astringent. Gout malt, levures et agrumes avec forte amertume, fin genre de type saison et brett.

Bottle 33cl, a cloudy copper beer with yeast floating and good head. Nose is strange on dust and astringent like. Aroma is dry with nice bitterness, agrumes notes, honey touch, floral, touch of saison, kind of vegetable notes. Good bitterness on aftertaste.

Bottle 33 cl. Cloudy yellow with a white foamy head. Yeasty aroma and some hops. Very smooth. Drinks almost too easy, but then this nice hoppy finish. Very nice beer.

One very special blond beer. It has the most soft mouthfeel and a great texture of soft tastes.

UPDATED: MAY 23, 2015 Bloemig aroma. Goudgeel bier met moutige en hoppige smaak en licht bittertje. Ondanks de 5,5 % alcohol is dit een bier met karakter. Waarlijk een dochter van de korenaar.

330ml bottle from Saveur-Biere.fr. Another good one from the docter. Pours hazy amber with moderate white head. Fruity yeast esters with a sweetish character and soft bitter finish.

Bue en bouteille de 33cl à la brasserie. Couleur blonde, mousse blanche et peu d’effervescence. Nez sur la vanille. En bouche vanille et grain. Peu d’intérêt.
