3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 BBB63 (5406) - La Porte, Indiana, USA - JAN 30, 2013Bottle served in tulip: Pours a nice clean golden hue with a fluffy head and very good lace. The aroma has notes of pils and wheat grains, some herbal and piney hops, a dash of apple skins, a bit of earthy minerals and fresh oak. The taste is mostly yeast and malt overtones displays lovely restrained earthy yeast note to pair against the minimal hop bitterness. Lots of pils malt which is nice. The mouth feel is properly carbonated, refreshing and slightly dry. I like this more than I expected, a very nice near session ale. I will try again.
3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 ClubGonzo (2689) - Bergen, NORWAY - MAY 3, 2013
Bottle from Beer Planet, Brussels. Pours a slightly hazy straw blonde body with a medium foamy white head. Nose is fascinating: yellow apples, straw, old ropes and cellar must with hints of grains and sweet cereals far in the back. Taste is citrus-like straw tones, sweet grainy notes, hints of floral honey and apple juice. Light body, high carbonation. Lively and fresh, and somewhat original. I like it.
3.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20 ThirstyBird (416) - Düsseldorf, GERMANY - APR 20, 2013
Poured from a 33ML bottle with a huge lumpy white head. Patience was needed to pout a fairly full pour. The beer is a hazy light gold color. Smell is light fruit, yeast, spice and some mild citrus. Taste is spice, pepper and yeast up front with some malt sweetness coming next ending with dry and some bitterness. Body is light and carbonation is quite active. Overall a decent brew that is fairly well balanced.
4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20 dasdan (130) - BELGIUM - APR 19, 2013
33 cl bottle from dranken Geers in oostakker. Light orange/yellow body with a large white head. Fruity aroma. Taste medium bitter hops, dry finish. ****
3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20 Narnad (1340) - Wonder Lake, Illinois, USA - APR 17, 2013
Pours a very hazy, yellow/orange color with a HUGE white head that pours out of the bottle as soon as it’s open. Nose is grainy, with a light sour hops nose, some bready flavors, light dark fruit and some pear/apple esters. Flavor starts off with a bready character and moves into a very nice, well rounded sweetness in the middle and a slight dryness. Notes of apple, light clove spice, pear, yeasty and light raisin. Body is perfect with a very high amount of carbonation to compliment the light dryness. Overall a pretty good brew. Lots of flavor for a very low alcohol. My only knock on it is the yeast really comes through hard. Adds a light metallic, slight cardboard note to the tail end of the flavor. But still a solid beer.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 slnr (7) - - MAR 1, 2013 does not count
Hoppy and fresh to drink blond ale, hop is well balanced, so even if you are not into hoppy beer, this one might surprise you

Bouteille: Pale golden, big stable white head, yeasty-fruity nose, distinctive aromatic hops in the background; dryish bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied; lingering dryish hoppy finish with a slight yeasty touch. Nice, but still a bit unharmonic…
