jalichio999 (502), Brazil Sep 13, 2007 Garrafa. Amargor no final. Retrogosto muito bom. thomat (666), Göteborg, Sweden Sep 10, 2007 On tap at the brewery. Golden with a thick white head. Malty and hoppy notes.
Lots of fruit, hops and malt. Medium to full body with a nice dry finish. joebrew (608), Farewell Minny; Hello Puyallup, Washington, USA Sep 8, 2007 Pours a cloudy, murky, sediment filled orange with a huge long lasting white head. Nose is kind of faint, but exhibits a cool spiciness as well as some orange peel and citrus. Very full funky creamy mouthfeel with a huge dose of carbonation. Brewfiend hit it right on the head in that it tastes like a citrusy saison. Very nice orange like citrus as well as a huge dose of funky earthy yeast spice and white pepper. jrt (62), USA Sep 8, 2007 What a cool beer!
Ok, pours a cloudy gold with a very potent head. Awesome. Smells like spice and sweet cake. Tastes like it smells but is very dry and yeasty. Can taste banana like flavors, but also orange peel and weird funky dry yeast.Tastes like an overexposed photograph of a spicy cake. A very champagne like dry finish. Although its not a heavy or dense, this is a complex and flavorful drink - I think it’s a tad underrated. Well balanced and highly drinkable. De Dolle does it right! kp (8400), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Sep 1, 2007 Date: 01/16/2000

Miksu (2194), Jyväskylä, Finland Aug 24, 2007 0.33 l bottle (8 %). Orange color, very foamy. Slightly acid, tart, fruity, phenolic and buttery aroma. Sweet and slightly sour flavor with herbal dry hops, grapefruit and clove. Few years ago I had a much better bottle of this. cbeers21 (563), Miami, Florida, USA Aug 22, 2007 Hazy brown/gold with foamy head. Yeasty, wheaty notes are present as well as peppery apple, and spice aromas, cloves, coriander, citrus and slight alcohol scents. Green apples and wheat flavors appear at the front of the flavor, developing malted, light sugary tastes and layered spice experiences with a touch of warming alcohol as well. The beer overall leaves a drying spicy sourness which is not overwhelming, but rather pleasing.
