COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Arabier is a pure malt beer brewed with flower Nugget-hops from Poperinge. It has the special dry-hopping taste and aroma, so appreciated by beer lovers all over the world. It is one of the two main beers from De Dolle Brouwers available throughout the year. Aging time is limited due to the fact that hop bitterness declines with age. Store arabier cool and dark and serve cool at 10°C.

Goudkleurig, nevelig bier met flinke net niet witte schuimkraag. Aroma is hop, citrus, kruidig, pittig. Droge nasmaak, verder vooral erg bitter, zeer licht zoet en zuur. Koolzuurrijk, medium tot volle body.

Very bitter almost sour. But a base of their buttery beer. End is not Belgian but a hoppy bitter buttery mess ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Nose is herbal, slightly floral, belgian yeast, some funk, cellar, straw, slight underlying frutiness, of strawberry, melon and a touch of orange. Appealing. Taste leads with medicinal, slightly piney hops, leading to funk, straw, lemon grass, resin, some spice, in the dusty bitter finish. It’s an exceptional beer, with only perhaps the more common use of dry hopping in Belgium taking some of it’s specialness away. I certainly remember this as a revelation the first time I drank it more than a decade ago.

Botella. Color amarillo anaranjado apagado.

11.2 oz bottle. Pours a clear gold color with a thick white head. Lots of carbonation coming up. Getting a lot of funky sour notes with some fruit...pear? Medium body, the taste carries on the same as the aroma with some hope thrown in. Dry, bitter finish. Not bad.

Clear brilliant golden with a thin but sticky white foamy head. Big fruity ester nose with pear and melon and grass and guava. Smooth flavor though with a pear note that’s a bit too pronounced throughout. Like a pale ale mixed with perry. Gentle hop bitterness on the start with a touch of grass, then yeast, then pear till the dry finish. Funny earthy ester on the finish.
