COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Arabier is a pure malt beer brewed with flower Nugget-hops from Poperinge. It has the special dry-hopping taste and aroma, so appreciated by beer lovers all over the world. It is one of the two main beers from De Dolle Brouwers available throughout the year. Aging time is limited due to the fact that hop bitterness declines with age. Store arabier cool and dark and serve cool at 10°C.

Alcolica e lievitosa, buona ma non al livello delle sue sorelle de dolle. "Forse" non la berrei ad aperitivo come ho fatto io...

Pours a hazy hold with a big white head. Lovely hoppy aroma and the taste is bitter too.

I love De dolle, but this is my least favorite of their beers. Appearance is the best part- an appealing amber orange. Extremely frothy head with lots of carbonation. Aroma is a bit of belgian yeasty funk- maybe a bit of citrus coming thru but not much. Taste is extremely bitter from hops and dry- beer seems not well balanced to me, i prefer other fruity or malty flavors which I miss. Palate is nice and creamy, just like all De Dolle beers. Overall its drinkable and an avg belgian strong, but far from excellent in my view.

On draught at the Dolle. Orange, grapes, zest, spice, lactic acid and lots of hops. Fairly full bodied and creamy.

Gold with big white head. Nice aroma with some farmhouse funk but within a Belgian golden range. I like this beer a lot - only thing is it’s a bit overbitter (either from hops or alcohol), so loses a bit of smoothness.

One of the Dolle’s classics, an orangey blonde beer with an enormous, hops-enhanced, frothy, rocky, stable head leaving thick lacing; can show violent gushing at times. Crisp taste, very fruity, apple, pineapple, peach, white grapes, yeasty spiciness, bready malts, leading to an assertively grassy hop bitter finish, long and dry with well-hidden alcohol. At its best when fresh from tap at the brewery.

BOOOM... In half a second foam all over my table : D maybe a bit too much yeast in this one during bottling, happens sometimes also with the best beers. Managed to save 2/3 in my glass. 33 cl. Pours surely a big head, in my case huuuuuge, creamy and white; a pretty and cloudy bright orange colour. Nice yeasty aroma, great hops, fruity, straw, bit cheesy; funky and particular acidic note too. Tastes yellow orange fruits, grape, spicy, slighlty sugary, with a overall dominant hop notes; moderate and short inital fruity and sugary sweetness, which suddenly turns into a smooth medium+ herbaceous and pleasant bitter note. In between you can spot a soft tart/acidic note, as in many other de Dolle. Quite a soft/moderate carbonation, medium body; Strong Ale or triple? I would say hoppy triple, reminds Orval in some ways, bit more pumped up, and fresh hopped. A nice one, refreshing and quite really complex

hazy straw-yellow color with 2-inches of fairly fast fading frothy white head. Billows of head. Aroma is dry, cheesy Parmesan, old herb and leaf, a bit of horse farm and lemon grass. Body is light, slightly syrupy with a moderate, coarse carbonation and strong but brief burn. Flavor is more lemon, grass, leaf, pine cone, hint of lactic, mineral. Neat Belgian ale. Horsey flavor was a surprise (housemate said it smells like poop.) Nice. complex. refreshing, if a bit funky.

Cloudy orange color, huuuge off white head. Medium body, soft carbonation. Aroma of malts, citrus, grape, orange, pear, spices, yeast. Medium sweet, light bitter taste. Interesting, very fruity BSA, although it seems more like a tripel to me.
