Meget metallisk i smagen som også sidder i skummet. Ellers en flot øl der egentlig smager udemærket. fishingnet (1047), Brandon, Florida, USA

Nose is honey, pineapple and flowers. A bit peppery. The huge, lasting head holds back a lot of the aromas.. Flavor quite sweet with honey, intense pineapple & perfumey hops and peppery spiciness. Finishes dry with bitter hops and some alcohol. Medium bodied, quite low and smooth carbonation. Amazing head and nice flowery bouquet. I’d love to sample a fresh one. frylock (1030), Buffalo, New York, USA

Aroma is flowery almost perfume like with some hops in the background. Flavor of pears and grapes upfront. Some malty flavors lead into a dry hop and finally candi sugar finish. Very good and underappreciated among the De Dolle beers in my opinion.
