Commercial Description:
Arabier is a pure malt beer brewed with flower Nugget-hops from Poperinge. It has the special dry-hopping taste and aroma, so appreciated by beer lovers all over the world. It is one of the two main beers from De Dolle Brouwers available throughout the year. Aging time is limited due to the fact that hop bitterness declines with age. Store arabier cool and dark and serve cool at 10°C.

33CL bottle from Holiday Wine Cellar: Pale golden color with a huge fluffy white head. Aroma is spicy and yeasty. Flavor starts tart white grape wine and finishes with a spicy, orangy, peppery dry bitterness. Light bodied and creamy with spritzy carbonation.

Blond coloured beer with large white head. In the beginning an uncontrolable head. I had my work to stabalise it ;-). Only few carbonation. Hoppy aroma. Full palate. Finish is hoppy and a little herby.

Copper pour, huge white head that stays big the whole time. Aroma is vinegar, orange, belgian gueze like yeast, straw and spicy. Flavor is sweet with lots of honey sweetness a touch of caramel, hay, grassy and bready. A touch of yeasty sourness, a good amount of hop bitterness, spiciness and citrus throughout. Complex flavor, full body and lots of lively carbonation.

Flaske. Gusher ud over det hele, og allerede i skummet var der en klang der trækker ned. Meget metallisk i smagen som også sidder i skummet. Ellers en flot øl der egentlig smager udemærket.

11.2oz bottle from Kingdom Liquors Brandon, Fl. Pours a hazy golden with a large long lasting white head that leaves good lacing. Aroma of herbal hops, sweet malt, and black pepper. Taste is the same with tons of herbal hops. Very different and tasty.

(Bottle bbe 05/2007) Murky orange with beautiful mousse like, rocky head. Nose is honey, pineapple and flowers. A bit peppery. The huge, lasting head holds back a lot of the aromas.. Flavor quite sweet with honey, intense pineapple & perfumey hops and peppery spiciness. Finishes dry with bitter hops and some alcohol. Medium bodied, quite low and smooth carbonation. Amazing head and nice flowery bouquet. I’d love to sample a fresh one.

Hazy golden orange color with a huge fluffy white head. Aroma is flowery almost perfume like with some hops in the background. Flavor of pears and grapes upfront. Some malty flavors lead into a dry hop and finally candi sugar finish. Very good and underappreciated among the De Dolle beers in my opinion.
