Fascinating De Dolle fizz. Straw colored. Smells of honey and Fresca. Golden fruits: apples, pears, apricots (dried), raisins. Spicy hops, cinnamon fire and musty nutmeg. An unsurprisingly good beer.

Aug 21, 2008 Bottle. Large frothy white head with excellent lacing. Hazy orange/yellow body. Aroma of herbs, celery and coriander. Spiced. Medium/full body, oily texture, lively carbonation and a bitter finish. The flavor is moderate sweet and heavy bitter - for bitter på den ufede måde.

Aug 21, 2008 Bottle @ Café Gollem. Hazy yellow colour with a big white head, lots of carbonation. Aroma of yeast, fruits, malts and hops. Flavour is yeast, sour, fruity, bitter. Carbonation ruins the flavours a bit. No ordinary beer, but not outstanding.

Aug 17, 2008 Bottle. Pours cloudy orange with a huge white head. Fruity aroma of apple and peach, also some yeast and spice. Flavor is yeasty, spicy and lightly fruity, with a slight sour hint. Not bad.
