11.2 oz bottle purchased at Spirits RB. Pours a clear golden/orange with a large frothy white head that leaves tons and tons of lace. Aroma starts off with lots of sweetness, candied sugar, grain perhaps a touch of honey and caramel. Lots of carbonation on this super dry palate with some superman strong carbonation/dryness on the back of my throat as I swallow. The first sip was all honey but that fades and grainy malts take over. Nice but a little to dry for my taste, sort of like Dennis Miller’s comedy.

What a beer. Pours a thick cloudy mud-yellow color that can be likened to the color of plum flesh. The flavors are incredibly dry and incredibly tart and crisp. Flavors of bubble gum, balloon air, lemony leather and apple skins. Not much hop profile at all, but that’s to be expected. A wonderfully done beer once again.

Aroma is of apples, citrus fruit, cookie, and plums. Flavor is the same. Golden/amber color. Bubbly on the palate with a bitter and sour finish.

Bottle. A moderately bitter bite cuts through the fruity sweetness and clove spiciness for a well-balanced and complex beer. Huge, rocky, white head that lasts. The body is hazy and dark yellow. The aroma is fulll of clove, honey, lemon, pineapple, mustiness and flowers. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter, but the finish turns moderately bitter and then somewhat sour. Medium body and velvety texture with lots of carbonation. Real craftsmanship is evident in the ability of the beer to present so many aromas and flavors without having them trip over and run into each other. Excellent.

Blond coloured beer with large white head. In the beginning an uncontrolable head. I had my work to stabalise it ;-). Only few carbonation. Hoppy aroma. Full palate. Finish is hoppy and a little herby.

Pours huge white frothy head. Cloudy golden color. Soapy lacing. Aroma of plum and raisins. Medium mouth feel with a sour finish.
