tytoanderso (1256), St. Louis Park, Minnesota, USA Dec 26, 2008 Bottle. Cheesy and banana-y aroma. Rubber cement. The 10% is quite noticeable. Plenty sweet. Simple and mostly inoffensive. Pours a cloudy,, dark orange with plenty of floaties. Flavor has lots of alcohol. The yeast phenols lean toward the rubbery and band aid side. A hint of sweeter fruit. Not much in the way of hops. The candi sugar rears its head upon warming. Some honey and gingerbread? Medium to full bodied. Mouth filling carbonation. Slightly chalky on the tongue with a rather hot, alcoholic finish.
