COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
De Dulle Teve is brewed in the tradition of a Belgian Triple. Its high density stems from large amounts of pale malt increased with pale candi sugar in the brew kettle. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, bottle-conditioned.

De Dulle Teve keeps two to three years without major changes in taste. Further maturing, up to 10 years, will cause it to darken a little and lose some of its bitterness. The bittering of about 30 IBU is due to Goldings hops in the brew kettle.

Bottle 33 cl @ HBF 2013. Pours hazy murky brown copper golden with medium smooth tan creamy medium head. Very good notes of yeast , citrus, hops. Reminds me of some trappist beers in the yeastiness. This one is really fresh and refreshingly smooth.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours hazy orange in color with a cramy white head. I must say this feels super fruity, mostly some exotic fruits, fruity squares in a box mix and light notes of lemon in aroma. Feels really fresh. Some yeasty spicy notes in taste as well. Orange peel in aftertaste. Overall a very refreshing beer which reminds me of De Ruyck 125 jubileums beer.

Bottle. Pours hazy orange with light lacing and diminishing huge off-white head. A slow gusher. Aroma is very sweet with tangerine, dried fruit, fennel, pepper, red apple, bubblegum, pear, lemon, grass and honey. Taste is near heavy sweet , light acidic and a hint of salt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is near lively. Finishes slowly drying and warming with a lingering spicy flavor and pepper in the finale. Leaves a butyric flavour behind. This beer is a compressed flavour-bomb.

Bottle - 330ml. Cloudy golden body with a thin white creamy/foamy head. Good malty/hoppy aroma with fruity and yeasty hints. Alcohol is very well hidden. Its well balanced, complex malty/hoppy taste carries yeasty, fruity, and honeyish notes. Ends with a warming bittersweet finish. Very well done.

2010 bottle - no idea where I got it. Murky gold pour with a sturdy white head and soapy lacing. Aroma is big sweet toffee, citrus peel, belgian yeast, and pepper. Tastes are candied sugar, apricot, floral hops. Boozy in a good way. Nice sipper - though I like some of their others better.
