3.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle poured in Taiwan, off white head with light retention and strong lacing, slightly cloudy light brown appearance with what look like a dash of black pepper at the bottom of the glass. Apparent alcohol and malty nose, prunes, pepper, Chardonnay flavors, creamy full smooth mouthfeel, slight hop finish. Reminiscent of DFH 90 minute... without the hops.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Hazy amber color with heavy sedimentation. Very malty which is noticeable from the very beginning. Yeast flavor doesn’t emerge until beer warms up butonce it does is very smooth. Caramel sweetness and fresh bread dominate the aroma. This us one if the beers that has more complexity in the flavor than the nose. A bit of hop bitterness and booze burn in the middle. Finished sweet and yeasty. Good beer and not God tier thoigh
