gnoff (3559), Göteborg, Sweden Jan 20, 2008 (33 cl bottle at 3 Små Rum, Göteborg) Shady dark golden color, white head. Yeasty spicy and alcohol scent. Yeasty, spicy, sweet and alcohol taste. Thick almost creamy mouthfeel, grows a bit in the mouth like wet paper. Carlus12 (361), London, Greater London, England Jan 15, 2008 Bottle @ Beer Circus Nov’07. Pours orange / murky golden colour with off white head and lots of sediment at the bottom. Aroma is hoppy / grassy / spicy / citrus. Taste is sweet / apples / spice / grassy. Alcohol is well hidden so do be careful! Enjoyable beer. mabel (2530), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Jan 12, 2008 [950-20071211] 330mL. Leafy grass booze hops aroma with muted toasted malt. Clear, dark orange body with a long-lasting creamy off-white head. Sweet malt boozy cookie dough yeast flavour. Medium-full body is thick. Alcohol perks up a lot, otherwise quite nice. hapjydeuce (763), Del Mar, California, USA Jan 9, 2008 Bottled. Clear golden pour with microbubble head and little lace. A good amount of sedimentation as well. Plenty of carbonation that results in a slightly stingy palate. Aroma of green apple, orange citrus, pear, and coriander with ginger spice. Flavors lean towards orange peel, fruity esters and hops. Finishes with a strong warming alcohol statement with yeast. Very nice numbing mouthfeel. thebeertourist (2750), Oslo, Norway Jan 8, 2008 Bottle at Paters Vaetje, Antwerpen. Dirty golden with a huge offwhite head. Complex perfumey hop nose with hints of grass. Sweet flavours which is immediately offset by good bitterness. Perfume, flowers and some grass on a sweet base. Solid alcohol. Fizzy. Very good. KimJohansen (6645), Copenhagen V, Denmark Jan 7, 2008 Hazy golden with large head. Aroma has yeast, orange peel, coriander along with other spices. Sweet fruity and yeasty flavor with alcohol very present. A bit unbalanced really. Good candiate for aging. gearbike (413), West Bloomfield, Michigan, USA Jan 6, 2008 Frothy head took a while to pour in a pint glass. Sweet with some hops. Absolutely no hint of 10% alcohol. Just so nice and drinkable this beer is dangerous. rudolf (1734), Buffalo, New York, USA Jan 1, 2008 Hazy gold, champagne white head.
