COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
De Dulle Teve is brewed in the tradition of a Belgian Triple. Its high density stems from large amounts of pale malt increased with pale candi sugar in the brew kettle. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, bottle-conditioned.

De Dulle Teve keeps two to three years without major changes in taste. Further maturing, up to 10 years, will cause it to darken a little and lose some of its bitterness. The bittering of about 30 IBU is due to Goldings hops in the brew kettle.

wow triple, so gentle and sweet in aroma with some tiny hops touch in background. Pours with thick, white, huge top. Taste is extra sweet with well enough hops complement to me but in a very shy manner, sweet aftertaste without sour notes. Thick bodied. Liked.

(De Dolle Dulle Teve 10º (Mad Bitch)) Bottle 330 ml at home, served into a tulip, ABV 10% Orange coloured body, very hazy, even a bit murky one could say. Huge white head, thick and with very good retention. Light lacing left around the glass. Aroma is very fruity and inviting, apricots, light peach, yeast, not much different than any other triple but it has a little extra something. Nice taste, malty and fruity, again apricot and peaches, light yeast, some wood, bubblegum, the alcohol kind of notable and if not tastewise, you start to feel it after a sip or two. Medium thin body, carbonation is a bit high but not annoyingly so. Very good, dangerously drinkable.

Huge pure white head on top of full slightly hazy yellow body. Intoxicating nose of restrained tropical fruit, spice and honey which is well reflected on the palate. Well integrated seemless carbonation. Powerful, pure and luxuriously delicious.

Bottle at home, one year old. Murky light brown with barely any head, just some big bubbles. Lots of cane sugar and pears. Spices, licorice, cinnamon buns, banabread, ice tea, bitter herbs, wort, long cooked English hops, and lime peel. Quite sweet, but with a medium bitter finish that balances it nicely. Medium to full bodied. Very strange beer, big. bold and somehow it seems like it’s not fully fermented.

Pours golden with off-white head - very good retention. Aroma is yeasty fruitness - some pear, apple (but nice, not green-apple of flavour), some tropical fruits as well. No phenolic note, spices are low. This aroma is excelent. Taste is dry but not watery, fruitness, some light caramel sweetness. This is world class tripel.
