A good Belgian stout, but I still think the American stouts have them beat. This one is nicely nuanced, with good stout malt base and an initial sweetness that gives way to a coffee-flavored dryness before surfacing again. Surprisingly thin mouthfeel tho for the ABV. Overall, B+ ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Schwarz, schöne beige schaumkrone, eher stark karbonisiert, malzig kaffig im aroma, im geschmack und nachklang kafferöstig, abgang etwas rasch und "fad", mässige bittere ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Delicious stout, full of fruits on the aroma and flavours. Bitter tart and aromatic, it must be enjoyed again, so I can actually list the incredible fruit basket that it offers.

January 2011 bottle to a tulip glass. Pours a dark brown/black with a big mocha head that subsides rather quickly. Aroma is yeast, prunes, raisin, molasses. Taste is raisin bread, licorice, and roasted coffee with chocolate and bitterness in the finish. Sweetness is cut by the alcohol bite. Thin medium mouthfeel with some effervescence. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

33 cl, flaske, 9,0 %, nydt på Ørsted Ølbar, 15. september 2013. Rating no 100 på ratebeer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Ar: Acedic sourness, some dark caramel. Ap: Deep brown, lots of chunky yeast, with an enormous and rocky light tan head with great retention. T: Acedic sourness up front, with a cherry and leather quality - some cola and plum - the sourness and acidity really dominate. P: Medium body with exceptionally high carbonation - finish is very dry. O: It is difficult to find the stout in this beer as the sourness has almost completely taken over.
