MaxxDaddy (261), Hoboken, New Jersey, USA Jun 7, 2009 Bottle @ Moeder Lambic. Pours copper with fluffy off-white head. Aroma of grass, hops and some alcohol. Taste is tripel-type fruity and like the Oeral I had earlier, was extremely carbonated. Yeast flavors dominate this one. Finish is yeasty and bitter. Some alcohol in the taste as well. Another potentially good beer ruined by excessive carbonation. Scauca (408), Lovere, Italy Mar 29, 2009 The peculiar huge white DeDolle head over a hazy golden beer. Aroma is very subtle of yellow fruits and honey, a bit yeasty. No traces of 9%. Very balanced, fruity, perhaps too balanced...
