33cl bottle. Quite clear golden with a medium white head. Nose : banana and peach, bread and some caramel. Sip : Medium thick body with oily texture and decent carbonation. Sweet with following bitter hop notes. Tart followed by strong pepper and citrus seed bitterness. Nice brew ! Really well balanced, alcohol well hidden and easy to drink so got to be careful. Good !

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
A light amber pour with a white head. Very spice forward aroma on this. A good bread note, some yeast, and plenty of malt sweetness. A bit of pear and apple fruits and some banana. Tastes strongly of sweet pale malt and sugar. Plenty of banana and clove spiciness, a bit of alcohol, and a mild bitterness. Quite fruity as it warms up, too.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
The beer in the glass is hazy golden yellow, with a high, white, soapy head. It smells very hoppy, fruity and subtle yeasty-sourish. Starts with a lot of sour yeast and bitter hop notes. The middle part is grainy, strong acidic-yeasty and slightly flowery with some aroma hops. Goes into a yeasty. grainy and very tart, fruity finish!

UPDATED: APR 29, 2012 330 ml bottle. Pours a cloudy orange with a large white head. A sweet fruity yeasty nose. A rich flavor, very fresh and dry with sweet candy. Very good. Unusual for a Blonde or BSA, quite hoppy I thought. Good.
