Pours a slightly cloudy golden color with a thick, fluffy, white head. Very pleasant aroma of hops, herbs, spices, citrus and yeast. The flavor is very refreshing while being complex, there’s acidity, hops, citrus, herbs, yeast and a solid dryness all along. The body is light with a creamy texture and lively carbonation. Wow, this is an amazing beer and a wonderfull thirst quencher.

33cl, recently retired beer, last tasted one year ago, from De Hopduvel Gent, easy to rink, not complex, cloudy, good head, nice brew

Aroma: peppery, some soapiness, grains, and earthiness
Appearance: golden yellow, large white head, lacing
Flavor: peppery, grassy, grainy, nice earthiness and minerals, some lactic-ness
Palate: lactic tasting, earthiness, and grassiness

A little bit hazy, golden in color, medium head, looks tasty. Aroma is sweetish and cramalley. Taste is very sweet with some acidity and very little bitterness. A bit unbalanced and not very complex (allthough there is some fruit somewhere in there of course) to be a De Dolle but good enough to worth it’s price. Not as carbonated as many other samples from this brewery.

Thanks to Dickinsonbeer (not his name by the way). Poured a slightly hazed gold color. Effervescent with an extremely long lasting white head. Sweet malt aroma with notes of crackers and yeast. Toasted malt flavor with some mild sugar notes. Light to medium body.

pours murky caramel/gold color with huge head. Aroma is all fruit with belgian yeast. Slight fruity flavor with medium spice all balanced with hop. Not a big flavor punch but I really liked this beer. Good belgian. Carbonated.
