Nose-coriander, cardamom, clove, light phenols, grapefruit zest, very lightly soapy, coriander like spice dominates. Taste-very sharp mouthfeel, soapy, seltzery, light heather. Tastes remarkably like an IPA - prickly, citrusy, spicy. Lots of fruit tastes. Then it moves into Tripple catagory becoming a bit sweeter, lacy and bitter towards the finish. Very good. Pours quite pale yellow, slightly hazy. Enormous creamy white head - much like whipped egg-whites. Aroma is yeasty with a grain-like feel to it. Some cookie in the background. Nice, oily palate. Flavour is sourish, fresh with biscuits, citric hoppyness. Nice. footy (334), scottsdale, Arizona, USA
