Bottle. Body-unfiltered hazy dark yellow with a brownish yellow thick foamy lasting head. Nose-coriander, cardamom, clove, light phenols, grapefruit zest, very lightly soapy, coriander like spice dominates. Taste-very sharp mouthfeel, soapy, seltzery, light heather. Great yeast character.

Bottle from Cracked Kettle. Hazy yellow with large foam. Tastes remarkably like an IPA - prickly, citrusy, spicy. Lots of fruit tastes. Then it moves into Tripple catagory becoming a bit sweeter, lacy and bitter towards the finish. Very good.

De Kavijaks: Yellow with a big white head. Fruity aroma with especially pineapple and orange. Very dry with fruit notes, some pepper and hops in the background.

Bottle @ ChristianScheffel tasting. [thank you, Christian]
As "De Kavijaks"
Pours quite pale yellow, slightly hazy. Enormous creamy white head - much like whipped egg-whites. Aroma is yeasty with a grain-like feel to it. Some cookie in the background. Nice, oily palate. Flavour is sourish, fresh with biscuits, citric hoppyness. Nice.

bottle. pours cloudy dark gold with huge billowing white head. nose is very citrusy, with yeasty spiceness with a caramel cookie in the background. flavor is initially very citrusy but that develops into a lively and refreshing toasted biscuit, cookie, and pear. mouth feel is light but not watery. carbonation is just right and lively. an intersting summer beer!

Cloudy orange, some floaties, pillow white head with nice lacing. Nose is light malt, funk, fruity hairspray, more fruits, scented candles (these are positive descriptives) Flavor is bitter rind, sweet fruity pils malt, some fuink, lemon, bread, light astringency in an earthy finish. Very nice.

Bottle. Hazy golden beer with a huge off-white head that leaves nice lacework. Herbal and perfumy hop aroma. Fruity and grassy bitterness on a sweet base. Shortish finish. Ended up a bit disappointing- maybe the bottle was off?
