Dedollewaitor (10292) - Odense, DENMARK - APR 5, 2006
UPDATED: FEB 21, 2007 Hazy yellow orange. Looks a bit like arabier and has just as much , if not more, carbonation and white head. Very yeasty like de dolles other beers. Fruits and spices and very abstract and different from the average Belgium beer. ! Great, but doesnt really has its own style like ex. arabier, oerbier and stille nacht!

Golden w/ slight haze and a spreadable, whipped mousse. Dusty, yeasty, light peaches. Cheesey (poacher?) notes scare me. Lively fruits and bready...very dry.

(Bottle) Pours a cloudy yellow body with a thick egg-white head. Aroma of mustiness, funky, public bathroom air mister, butter, floral, coriander, pepper, and lemon zest. Flavor of light yeast, floral, citrus, and coriander.

Bottle. Deep old gold/orange colour thin tight off white head. Fine beer. Hops bit of biscuity malt on nose with orange peel in mouth and lively hop finish. Goodish beer but not spectacular

Bottled, labelled as Museumbier (BB 09/2005)
Very hazy orange, huge cloudy white head. De Dolle nose: yeast, banana, leather and lemon. Smooth, carbonated, medium-bodied. Lemony with late citric bitterness and spices, some funky horseplanket flavors. When warms, gets more sweet notes.

argo0 (9226) - Washington DC, USA - OCT 27, 2005
(33cl bottle, stamped Okt 05) Pours an enormous off-white head, leaving a cloudy apple juice body. Aroma is medium sweet, honey, herbal, some lemon peel, light yeast. Taste is medium sweet, herbal, honey, some yeast, light lemon, coriander. Light medium body with some effervescence and light duskiness, fairly dry finish. I wonder if they will get their act together and sell this in the U.S. -- I sure hope so!

Bottle @ ChristianScheffel tasting. [thank you, Christian]
As "De Kavijaks"
Pours quite pale yellow, slightly hazy. Enormous creamy white head - much like whipped egg-whites. Aroma is yeasty with a grain-like feel to it. Some cookie in the background. Nice, oily palate. Flavour is sourish, fresh with biscuits, citric hoppyness. Nice.
