(750ml bottle) cloudy orange, soapy white edge bubbles. Nose is herbal, gin, Bordeaux, coriander, grapes, slightly mossy. Taste of red wine barrel, moss, bit of Granny Smith apple, cinnamon, coriander, brandy soaked apples, super complex but the carbonation being very low keeps it de being a world class beer.

Bomber. Thanks to KyotoLefty. Concentrated dark fruit nose, with berries and sweet apples, and some sourish notes. Medium orange/amber color. Sour juicy initial: raisins, apples, plums. tang hit quickly and then mellows. Light alcohol warmth. Finish is still charging ahead. Solid body. Effervescent mouthfeel. Wine-like in it fruitiness. Amazing aroma. Complex flavor changes throughout. Both intense AND balanced. Great stuff.

UPDATED: JUN 28, 2014 Bottle at home with friends, courtesy of Armin. Thanks man! Pour is slightly hazy orange with a small white head and good lacing. Big caramelly, brown sugar, salted toffee, fruit skins, dough, light leather, and earthy aroma. Taste is sweet caramel, toffee, light acetone, orange juice, lemony, and grapey with a big sour finish, Medium body with soft carbonation. Seems to be infected and I’m pretty sad about this one.

Bottle @ Stephen’s house. Thanks Armin! Pours a reddish orange appearance with a thin tan head. Orange citrus / tangerine, red grape, pretty funky, tannic / oaky, quite cobweb-y aroma. Fairly earthy / dirty / cobweb flavor with quite a bit of citrus, red grape, and a slight bit of chemical. Kind of a strange beer.

Pour out of 750 ml bottle, hazy reddish pour with white head, aroma brought notes of dark fruit, toffee, dark caramel, hints of roast, nice cherry, hints of oak, slight yeast, touch of sherry, hints of earth. Taste is a mix of cherry, sherry, toffee, oak, fruit, hints of vanilla, touch of grain, finishing fairly bitter, sweet, dry.

From a bottle at Zeebra II. Golden orange colour on the body, slighty hazy, with small off-white head on top. Very good retention, light lacing left on the glass. lighty sour aroma, grape-y, peaches, abit of yeast, somehting that I can’t exactly recognize but it’s very appealing and refreshing, difficult to resisit in taking a sip. Taste follow the aroma, with lots of peaches, sweet malts that are balanced by a toch o sourness, old wood, sugars, yeast, lots of wine notes, white grapes. Medium thin bod, carbonation towards the high side. Moderate dry on te palate. In just two words, just great.

Bottle from the cellar of Farmhouse Tap and Grill, Burlington VT. Lots of floating yeast in the nice golden color. Nose of candy sugar, dried fruit, yeasty. Flavor is great! Nice warming heat after the sip without any ABV. And spot on the aroma and style. Really damn fine.

Pours hazy orange brown with an off white head. The aroma holds vine, spicy wood, nettles, grapes, complex yeast, fat malt and a touch of Euro hops. The flavour is light sweet, light bitter and light to medium acidic. Grapes, complex yeast, fat malt, touch of hops and wood. The mouthfeel is fat and a bit tart with a medium, fizzy carbonation. Near full bodied.
