Lemony tart aroma. Chalky gold in color with nice white head. Tart flavor, like lemonade, very aggresive cider-acidic. Not for me but interesting.
Notes: On tap at Zythos ’11

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20 77ships (976) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - MAR 15, 2011
draft@ZBF 2011 (you are not going to find it anywhere else, probably): my favourite beer there, brewn without hops, souring bacteria & cider yeast, it was, sweet&sour with tart/sour taste upfront, lambic like followed by a sweet, cider-like finish with lots of fruit including white grapes, lemon & apricot, had the tinniest hint of salt, special but absolutely amazing & extremely drinkable

1.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 3/20 Barrelbelly (376) - BELGIUM - MAR 6, 2011
Sour aroma, very sour taste as well. I could not finish the beer and had to pour it away. Not my kind of beer at all.
3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 JorisPPattyn (6728) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - MAR 6, 2011
Draught Fast gone yellowish head over unclear, pineapplejuice-coloured beer. Sour, lactic, bit yeasty, sourdough especially. Outspoken lactic acid, sour apples, sour oranges or minneolas. Very dry, dry-out effect, furiously refreshing. Very surprising beer. Even to a sourbeer lover as myself, the first confrontation was a bit of a shock, but from there, it only got better and better.
