Brown/Orange/Red colour, small head. Smells sugar, dunkel-weizen. Tastes fruity, sweet, forrest fruits. Too much carbo for me to enjoy.

Bottle @ home shared with DutchDrebus. Dark brown color, with a nice deep dark red glow coming through. Small off-white head. Smell sweet, sugar and a slight sour hint. Tastes a bit sweet and sour. Too much carbo in my opinion, medium body.

Clear medium brwon color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, dark berry notes, prune, alcohol. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20091004]

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Slightly hazy deep orangey brown with a firm off-white head. Lovely aroma of dried and overripe fruits. Solid body, rich in dark fruitiness, a little woody perhaps, lots of raisins, figs and prunes. A little metal in finish. Discreetly yeasty. Absolutely no bitterness but a warming alcohol. My kinda Belgian! Lovely. 041009

Huge dark-crème head over slightly hazy brown beer with orange shine. Wood, soft lactic acid, milk chocolate, some wild yeasts. Bitter-roasted, burnt chocolate, over still sweetish unburnt chocolate. Aftertaste being much sweeter, with some faint spiciness & lactic. Medium to well-bodied, creamy texture & very slick. A labelbeer for Keyte Dobbel-Tripel?
