(on bottle)Had a brand new aroma-experience with this bok. Never had the sent of japanes-style pickeld carrods; from a beer. But I happen to like those, so I dig it. Still; ricevinegar in a beer? Anyway, pours a deep and dark brown color and a small head. Liquid chocolate comes in may forms a also in this dutch bok, is the chocolate feeling dominating. Has a slightly coffee-bitterfinish, but thart also softens afterat few sips.
