UPDATED: OCT 29, 2008 Bottle, 6.5%. Aroma of lightly toasted malts. Very nice, dark brown colour. Good big, stable, creamy light brown head. Nice flavour, quite malty with toasted, slightly burnt malts. Also a bit like burnt/brown sugar. Malt bitterness in the finish. Medium carbonation. As whole, a bit on the sweet side, but otherwise well-balanced. 6 4 7 4 15

Looks great in my dimpled mug: clear dark brown with a biege head. Sweet malty nose with some fruits and roast. Good sweet, bitter, malty and yeasty some butterscotch and marzipan. Long sweet malty finish with an EtOH kick. This is actually very good imho.

[Bottle. Gnoff delivers.] Ruby red colour. Off-white foam. Fruity nose, bit sweetish. Light-medium body, yet thin feeling. Soured milk backbone with hints of chocolate. Clear fruitiness. Top fermented? Bit ashy.
